比利时小麦啤酒 Belgian witbirer

比利时风格的白啤酒实际上已经有超过400年的历史了，它是经典得不经过滤的啤酒代表。在纯麦汁酒液的基础上添加纯天然香料，浓郁的麦香中蕴含着橙皮的清香和芫荽籽的暗香，啤酒花苦度更低，也使得啤酒的味道更丰满。喝完后，从鼻腔到后脑，你会体会到一种由内向外的淡淡麦香、鲜花香，以及多种热带水果的香气。啤酒的泡沫细腻持久，可以用勺子舀着吃。

观感上与众不同的是，比利时小麦啤酒酒体略显浑浊，这其实是故意保留的酵母，为了是留存更多的营养物质和维生素，以及顺滑的口感。喝前把酒摇匀，使其与酒体充分融合，品尝起来能够感受到味觉上的丰富层次。

酿造原料：比利时酵母、德国啤酒花、澳洲大麦芽、西班牙橙皮、中国山东芫荽籽、澳洲燕麦。

Belgium-style white beer has over 400 years of history, and it is a classic representation of unfiltered beer. On the basis of pure wort alcohol has given rise to the rich aroma of wheat along with fresh fragrance of orange peel and subtle scent of coriander seeds. These help mitigate the bitterness of hops and enrich the full-bodiness of the beer. After drinking, you will experience a faint aroma of wheat, fresh flowers, and a variety of tropical fruits from your nose to the back of your head. The foam of this beer remains delicate for so long that you can scoop it with a spoon and eat it. 

What sets Belgium wheat beer apart from the others is that it appears slightly hazy. The reason for this is that the yeast in the beer is intentionally retained so as to preserve more nutrients and vitamins as well as to achieve a smooth texture. Before drinking. it is recommended to swirl the bottle to fully mix the elements in the beer. This will enhance the taste and allow consumers to experience the various layers of tastes. 

Brewing ingredients: Yeast from Belgium, Hops from Germany, Malt and Oats from Australia, Orange skin from Spain, Coriander seeds from Shandong. 

德式小麦啤酒 Weissbier

严格遵循1516年巴伐利亚公爵颁布的《啤酒纯酿法》，仅用水、麦芽、啤酒花及酵母酿造，配方继承巴伐利亚路德维希家族，历经 760 年的传承与改良，保证啤酒的纯粹品质。

烘烤麦芽带来琥珀色的厚实酒体，酵母营造出迷人的香蕉与丁香风味，入口就能感受到麦芽的甘甜，绵密的气泡包裹舌尖，唇齿流淌麦汁、啤酒花与水果的清香，仅需一口，就能带你穿越德国。

酿造原料：巴伐利亚酵母、德国啤酒花、澳洲大麦芽、小麦芽。 

Adhering strictly to the German beer purity law promulgated by the Duke of Bavaria in 1516, the recipe inherited from the House of Wittelsbach from Bavaria only uses water, malt, hops and yeast. Through 760 years of inheritance and improvements, the pure quality of the beer is preserved. 

The roasted malt adds an amber colour to the rich alcohol body, while the yeast creates an alluring flavour of banana and cloves. Upon the first sip, one can taste the sweetness of malt as the delicate foam coats the tip of the tongue. The mouth overflows with the fragrance of wort, hops and fruits, bringing you to Germany in a single sip. 

Brewing ingredients: Yeast from Bavarian, Hops from Germany, Barley Malt from Australian, Wheat Malt.

全麦拉格啤酒 All Malt Lager

喝精酿啤酒，不知道从哪款入手? 

在绵密细腻的泡沫下，藏着新鲜的啤酒，比起一般精酿啤酒，它的口感 更清醇，麦香也更浓郁。100%全麦芽酿造，酒体清亮澄澈，散发出浓郁的麦香和淡淡啤酒花的清香，就像置身于百亩麦田之中，连空气都飘散浓郁麦香，令人魂牵梦萦，不胜酒力的朋友多喝上两杯也没问题。

If you are looking to drink craft beers but do not know where to start, All Malt lager beer is a good choice to start. 

Under the dense and delicate foam, fresh beer awaits. In comparison to ordinary craft beers, full malt lagers have a more refreshing taste, accompanied by a stronger malt aroma. They are brewed from 100% pure malt, appearing crystal clear and emitting a strong malt aroma as well as a subtle fragrance of hops. Drinking full malt lagers can give an impression of being in a malt field and breathing in a strong scent of malt, allowing one to immerse in a dreamland. Full malt lagers are suitable for those who are unable to hold their alcohol.
